Michael's co-authored of 'Empowered YOUth: A Father And Son's Journey to Conscious Living', is a book that offers guidance and insights for parents, young people and educators. Young people will love Michael's honest and emotional examination of an angst-filled childhood. Michael provides inspiration for those looking to empower the next generation in a more loving, open and intuitive way. 'Empowered YOUth' will leave your viewers feeling hopeful, passionate and optimistic. I wish I had this book when I was painfully transitioning into adulthood.
The power in Empowered YOUth stems from the author's authenticity. The raw, unbridled expression of how they both unlocked a lifetime of shutdown emotions is gripping and meaningful in a way that is rare. Empowered Youth: A Father and Son's Journey to Conscious Living took me on an amazing journey through my past to where I want to be. As an adult female reader, I found that I was able to empathize with both figures in the book. Sometimes I found myself connecting with Jeffrey and other times I found myself connecting with the feelings and struggles of Michael. The book is about a journey between father and son but it is even more than that. It is about a soul journey that any one being can experience regardless of age, gender, race, religion. Thank you Michael and Jeffrey for sharing your perspectives and feelings on your own journey.
